MEETINGS & BOARD

The Secluded Valley Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of six directors, with rotating three-year terms of office chosen in annual elections.  The Board regularly meets monthly, commencing at 7:00 pm with a resident forum.  The meetings are open and members are invited to attend.  The Board is responsible for the upkeep and improvement of Association properties, monitoring the development of projects in the community, and enforcement of governing rules and regulations.
